Back in July I was searching for a home in TN from CT. Ii was not able to make any visits to TN to tour the homes I was interested in so Eddie would show them to me virtually as he walked through them. I was impressed with Eddie’s straightforwardness as we toured the homes. We found a home In Clarksville TN and we were very pleased with it, bought it sight unseen other than the virtual tour. Within a month of purchasing the home my wife had a tragic accident that has left her disabled. I needed to sell the home and move out of state so I could get the help I needed to take care of my wife. I called upon Eddie once again. The house was going to cost me a tremendous amount of money to sell. Eddie worked extremely hard for me and got the amount I had to pay down to an acceptable level to where I could make the move I needed. Eddie Cox is the best realtor you will ever work with. He will work his butt off in order to please his customers. You will never find a more honest, trustworthy, responsible, and dependable realtor. If you are looking for a realtor and do not check out Eddie you will miss out one the most satisfying experiences you will ever have. Thank you from my entire heart, Eddie, it has been a wonderful experience knowing you and if I ever need another realtor you will be the first I think of.

Having someone that is patient with you as you ask a million and one questions eases some of the stress. I just have nothing bad to say about the guy. He’s been the realtor for us on two houses we’ve bought and I would use him again.

Eddie was our hero when selling our last home. My husband and I had been tempted by one of the “fast and easy” realty companies when we were selling our home. You know, like the ones on the radio saying “you don’t have to do anything”. After a month, we had zero traffic, an extremely low offer, and no contact from the realtor “assigned” to the selling of our home. We were completely frustrated. After calling Eddie and working with him directly, we will NEVER use another company. He was with us every step of the way. Communication with him and his team was unmatched. We had offers the first 24 hours after listing it!! And he made sure our best interests, investment, and expectations were met throughout the entire process. He also helped us in buying our new home, getting us a contract that had multiple offers! A testimonial to a man I hired for a real estate service who became more than just that by the name of Eddie Cox. In the late winter of 2021 I had to have a heart valve transplant, and within a month or so I developed a disease called Sepsis. We had never heard of this before and the medical staff told my wife and eldest daughter that I may not survive this disease. I spent 23 days in the hospital total and when I went home I told my wife everything was going. We lived in a house on Old Hickory Lake in Brandywine Farms for 31 years and we no longer needed that amount of space, so the next day I called this man that had been recommended to me by friends. He was referred to as the leader of a top sales team for Benchmark Realty, and had been used by my friends for the sale of similar properties. He came to visit the next day and we proceeded with a plan for the sale. I was very weak and confined to our living room, so all I could see was what needed to be done outside, which mostly revolved around the five old oak trees that always produced a lot of leaves, fallen sticks, and limbs. Eddie told us to just take it easy (my wife and I are in our 70’s) he will take care of it all, and he did. He cleaned all the sticks and limbs off the roof, blew out the gutters and valleys, and cleaned up the yard. Each time before he came to visit he would call to see if we needed him to stop by the store for us which was very thoughtful. He was very professional and personable during the entire process, and the sale came pretty quickly. Not only was he a top notch sales agent, he has now become a close friend. We were set to close on our house when the storm of December 2021 hit Nashville. We woke to pictures of a massive pine tree uprooted and laying on top of our house. We were at a loss as to what to do. Without missing a beat, Eddie was on his phone contacting contractors and tree removal services. Within a few days, we had the tree removed and the house repaired. An amazing feat considering most neighborhoods had damage and contractors were away dealing with the Kentucky tornados. In addition, all this happened just before Christmas and New Years. Most companies have checked out for the year, but not Benchmark. I’m still amazed at how fast the team came to the rescue when we needed them. I feel other companies would have put off the sell or would have just given up. So I guess you could say, Benchmark Reality sets the benchmark for what a real estate company should be. I seriously doubt you would find this level of dedication any where else. We look forward to working with Eddie and Jessalynn again in the future. They’re a great team!

Eddie and his team were spectacular. His team member Jessalynn was so helpful throughout the process, kept our wants and needs in mind, and was there night and day for anything we needed. I could tell she was fighting for us and I know that she is the reason we got the home we did at the price we paid. This was our second go around purchasing a home and I can honestly say that Jessalynn made this experience much better than the last. I was impressed with Eddie’s straightforwardness as we toured the homes. We found a home In Clarksville TN and we were very pleased with it, bought it sight unseen other than the virtual tour. Within a month of purchasing the home my wife had a tragic accident that has left her disabled. I needed to sell the home and move out of state so I could get the help I needed to take care of my wife. I called upon Eddie once again. The house was going to cost me a tremendous amount of money to sell. Eddie worked extremely hard for me and got the amount I had to pay down to an acceptable level to where I could make the move I needed. Eddie Cox is the best realtor you will ever work with. He will work his butt off in order to please his customers. You will never find a more honest, trustworthy, responsible, and dependable realtor. A testimonial to a man I hired for a real estate service who became more than just that by the name of Eddie Cox. In the late winter of 2021 I had to have a heart valve transplant, and within a month or so I developed a disease called Sepsis. We had never heard of this before and the medical staff told my wife and eldest daughter that I may not survive this disease. I spent 23 days in the hospital total and when I went home I told my wife everything was going. We lived in a house on Old Hickory Lake in Brandywine Farms for 31 years and we no longer needed that amount of space, so the next day I called this man that had been recommended to me by friends. He was referred to as the leader of a top sales team for Benchmark Realty, and had been used by my friends for the sale of similar properties. He came to visit the next day and we proceeded with a plan for the sale. I was very weak and confined to our living room, so all I could see was what needed to be done outside, which mostly revolved around the five old oak trees that always produced a lot of leaves, fallen sticks, and limbs. Eddie told us to just take it easy (my wife and I are in our 70’s) he will take care of it all, and he did. He cleaned all the sticks and limbs off the roof, blew out the gutters and valleys, and cleaned up the yard. Each time before he came to visit he would call to see if we needed him to stop by the store for us which was very thoughtful. He was very professional and personable during the entire process, and the sale came pretty quickly. Not only was he a top notch sales agent, he has now become a close friend. We scheduled our first appointment to make the video and pictures for the listing. He helped me set up and move things in each room for the best presentation. He was great! We listed the house the first of September and had a contract October 12th. He was very hands on and there for any questions I needed answered because I had never sold a house before. We were at a loss as to what to do. Without missing a beat, Eddie was on his phone contacting contractors and tree removal services. Within a few days, we had the tree removed and the house repaired. An amazing feat considering most neighborhoods had damage and contractors were away dealing with the Kentucky tornados. In addition, all this happened just before Christmas and New Years. Most companies have checked out for the year, but not Benchmark. I’m still amazed at how fast the team came to the rescue when we needed them. I feel other companies would have put off the sell or would have just given up. So I guess you could say, Benchmark Reality sets the benchmark for what a real estate company should be. I seriously doubt you would find this level of dedication any where else. We look forward to working with Eddie and Jessalynn again in the future. They’re a great team!

A testimonial to a man I hired for a real estate service who became more than just that by the name of Eddie Cox. In the late winter of 2021 I had to have a heart valve transplant, and within a month or so I developed a disease called Sepsis. We had never heard of this before and the medical staff told my wife and eldest daughter that I may not survive this disease. I spent 23 days in the hospital total and when I went home I told my wife everything was going. We lived in a house on Old Hickory Lake in Brandywine Farms for 31 years and we no longer needed that amount of space, so the next day I called this man that had been recommended to me by friends. He was referred to as the leader of a top sales team for Benchmark Realty, and had been used by my friends for the sale of similar properties. He came to visit the next day and we proceeded with a plan for the sale. I was very weak and confined to our living room, so all I could see was what needed to be done outside, which mostly revolved around the five old oak trees that always produced a lot of leaves, fallen sticks, and limbs. Eddie told us to just take it easy (my wife and I are in our 70’s) he will take care of it all, and he did. He cleaned all the sticks and limbs off the roof, blew out the gutters and valleys, and cleaned up the yard. Each time before he came to visit he would call to see if we needed him to stop by the store for us which was very thoughtful. He was very professional and personable during the entire process, and the sale came pretty quickly. Not only was he a top notch sales agent, he has now become a close friend. My husband was critically injured in January of 2021 and was transferred to the Shepherd Center in Atlanta. After being there with him over 2 months, I went home and met Eddie for the first time, listed an occupied rental property we owned in Nashville Tn with him, did a 30 second introduction with the tenant (who didn’t know our situation and that we were going to sell), gave Eddie the keys and literally drove away the next day to Atlanta to be with my husband again. He met with the buyers and contractors all while communicating with a very apprehensive tenant. It was a terrible way to leave Eddie but he assured me that he was willing and capable of navigating this unique situation for me and man oh man did he ever! It was sold within a week and closed within 24days for an incredible price. The document signing process was simple, secure and done online. He even came to our home to close where he met my husband for the first time. I did nothing but focus on my family. Eddie kept me completely informed every step of the way and I knew he genuinely cared about doing everything he could to help take the pressure off of me during this life changing event. I would get daily listings and as soon as I saw something I wanted to see, Eddie would set up a showing for me, typically that day. Throughout the entire process I had several people say to me “your home buying process seems so easy”, because it was. Eddie made my first home buying experience so wonderful and stress-free, and I truly can’t thank him enough for that. A testimonial to a man I hired for a real estate service who became more than just that by the name of Eddie Cox. In the late winter of 2021 I had to have a heart valve transplant, and within a month or so I developed a disease called Sepsis. We had never heard of this before and the medical staff told my wife and eldest daughter that I may not survive this disease. I spent 23 days in the hospital total and when I went home I told my wife everything was going. We lived in a house on Old Hickory Lake in Brandywine Farms for 31 years and we no longer needed that amount of space, so the next day I called this man that had been recommended to me by friends. He was referred to as the leader of a top sales team for Benchmark Realty, and had been used by my friends for the sale of similar properties. He came to visit the next day and we proceeded with a plan for the sale. I was very weak and confined to our living room, so all I could see was what needed to be done outside, which mostly revolved around the five old oak trees that always produced a lot of leaves, fallen sticks, and limbs. Eddie told us to just take it easy (my wife and I are in our 70’s) he will take care of it all, and he did. He cleaned all the sticks and limbs off the roof, blew out the gutters and valleys, and cleaned up the yard. Each time before he came to visit he would call to see if we needed him to stop by the store for us which was very thoughtful. He was very professional and personable during the entire process, and the sale came pretty quickly. Not only was he a top notch sales agent, he has now become a close friend. We were set to close on our house when the storm of December 2021 hit Nashville. We woke to pictures of a massive pine tree uprooted and laying on top of our house. We were at a loss as to what to do. Without missing a beat, Eddie was on his phone contacting contractors and tree removal services. Within a few days, we had the tree removed and the house repaired. An amazing feat considering most neighborhoods had damage and contractors were away dealing with the Kentucky tornados. In addition, all this happened just before Christmas and New Years. Most companies have checked out for the year, but not Benchmark. I’m still amazed at how fast the team came to the rescue when we needed them. I feel other companies would have put off the sell or would have just given up. So I guess you could say, Benchmark Reality sets the benchmark for what a real estate company should be. I seriously doubt you would find this level of dedication any where else. We look forward to working with Eddie and Jessalynn again in the future. They’re a great team!

You know, like the ones on the radio saying “you don’t have to do anything”. After a month, we had zero traffic, an extremely low offer, and no contact from the realtor “assigned” to the selling of our home. We were completely frustrated. After calling Eddie and working with him directly, we will NEVER use another company. He was with us every step of the way. Communication with him and his team was unmatched. We had offers the first 24 hours after listing it!! And he made sure our best interests, investment, and expectations were met throughout the entire process. He also helped us in buying our new home, getting us a contract that had multiple offers! After a month, we had zero traffic, an extremely low offer, and no contact from the realtor “assigned” to the selling of our home. We were completely frustrated. We were set to close on our house when the storm of December 2021 hit Nashville. We woke to pictures of a massive pine tree uprooted and laying on top of our house. We were at a loss as to what to do. Without missing a beat, Eddie was on his phone contacting contractors and tree removal services. Within a few days, we had the tree removed and the house repaired. An amazing feat considering most neighborhoods had damage and contractors were away dealing with the Kentucky tornados. In addition, all this happened just before Christmas and New Years. Most companies have checked out for the year, but not Benchmark. I’m still amazed at how fast the team came to the rescue when we needed them. I feel other companies would have put off the sell or would have just given up. So I guess you could say, Benchmark Reality sets the benchmark for what a real estate company should be. I seriously doubt you would find this level of dedication any where else. We look forward to working with Eddie and Jessalynn again in the future. They’re a great team!

A testimonial to a man I hired for a real estate service who became more than just that by the name of Eddie Cox. In the late winter of 2021 I had to have a heart valve transplant, and within a month or so I developed a disease called Sepsis. We had never heard of this before and the medical staff told my wife and eldest daughter that I may not survive this disease. I spent 23 days in the hospital total and when I went home I told my wife everything was going. We lived in a house on Old Hickory Lake in Brandywine Farms for 31 years and we no longer needed that amount of space, so the next day I called this man that had been recommended to me by friends. He was referred to as the leader of a top sales team for Benchmark Realty, and had been used by my friends for the sale of similar properties. He came to visit the next day and we proceeded with a plan for the sale. I was very weak and confined to our living room, so all I could see was what needed to be done outside, which mostly revolved around the five old oak trees that always produced a lot of leaves, fallen sticks, and limbs. Eddie told us to just take it easy (my wife and I are in our 70’s) he will take care of it all, and he did. He cleaned all the sticks and limbs off the roof, blew out the gutters and valleys, and cleaned up the yard. Each time before he came to visit he would call to see if we needed him to stop by the store for us which was very thoughtful. He was very professional and personable during the entire process, and the sale came pretty quickly. Not only was he a top notch sales agent, he has now become a close friend. A testimonial to a man I hired for a real estate service who became more than just that by the name of Eddie Cox. In the late winter of 2021 I had to have a heart valve transplant, and within a month or so I developed a disease called Sepsis. We had never heard of this before and the medical staff told my wife and eldest daughter that I may not survive this disease. I spent 23 days in the hospital total and when I went home I told my wife everything was going. We lived in a house on Old Hickory Lake in Brandywine Farms for 31 years and we no longer needed that amount of space, so the next day I called this man that had been recommended to me by friends. He was referred to as the leader of a top sales team for Benchmark Realty, and had been used by my friends for the sale of similar properties. He came to visit the next day and we proceeded with a plan for the sale. I was very weak and confined to our living room, so all I could see was what needed to be done outside, which mostly revolved around the five old oak trees that always produced a lot of leaves, fallen sticks, and limbs. Eddie told us to just take it easy (my wife and I are in our 70’s) he will take care of it all, and he did. He cleaned all the sticks and limbs off the roof, blew out the gutters and valleys, and cleaned up the yard. Each time before he came to visit he would call to see if we needed him to stop by the store for us which was very thoughtful. He was very professional and personable during the entire process, and the sale came pretty quickly. Not only was he a top notch sales agent, he has now become a close friend. I as a rule never leave reviews but I feel Eddie deserves a huge shout out for his professionalism and going way beyond what any Realtor should have to do. My husband was critically injured in January of 2021 and was transferred to the Shepherd Center in Atlanta. After being there with him over 2 months, I went home and met Eddie for the first time, listed an occupied rental property we owned in Nashville Tn with him, did a 30 second introduction with the tenant (who didn’t know our situation and that we were going to sell), gave Eddie the keys and literally drove away the next day to Atlanta to be with my husband again. He met with the buyers and contractors all while communicating with a very apprehensive tenant. It was a terrible way to leave Eddie but he assured me that he was willing and capable of navigating this unique situation for me and man oh man did he ever! It was sold within a week and closed within 24days for an incredible price. The document signing process was simple, secure and done online. He even came to our home to close where he met my husband for the first time. I did nothing but focus on my family. Eddie kept me completely informed every step of the way and I knew he genuinely cared about doing everything he could to help take the pressure off of me during this life changing event. Ii was not able to make any visits to TN to tour the homes I was interested in so Eddie would show them to me virtually as he walked through them. I was impressed with Eddie’s straightforwardness as we toured the homes. We found a home In Clarksville TN and we were very pleased with it, bought it sight unseen other than the virtual tour. Within a month of purchasing the home my wife had a tragic accident that has left her disabled. I needed to sell the home and move out of state so I could get the help I needed to take care of my wife. I called upon Eddie once again. The house was going to cost me a tremendous amount of money to sell. Eddie worked extremely hard for me and got the amount I had to pay down to an acceptable level to where I could make the move I needed. Eddie Cox is the best realtor you will ever work with. He will work his butt off in order to please his customers. You will never find a more honest, trustworthy, responsible, and dependable realtor. If you are looking for a realtor and do not check out Eddie you will miss out one the most satisfying experiences you will ever have. After a month, we had zero traffic, an extremely low offer, and no contact from the realtor “assigned” to the selling of our home. We were completely frustrated. After calling Eddie and working with him directly, we will NEVER use another company. He was with us every step of the way. Communication with him and his team was unmatched. We had offers the first 24 hours after listing it!! And he made sure our best interests, investment, and expectations were met throughout the entire process. He also helped us in buying our new home, getting us a contract that had multiple offers! Eddie is such a great person. He goes out of his way to make sure your experience buying a home is as uneventful as possible. He’s very knowledgeable about the housing market. If you have any questions he will take the time to answer them without rushing you. I appreciate that. Buying a new home can be stressful enough. Having someone that is patient with you as you ask a million and one questions eases some of the stress. I just have nothing bad to say about the guy. He’s been the realtor for us on two houses we’ve bought and I would use him again.

A testimonial to a man I hired for a real estate service who became more than just that by the name of Eddie Cox. In the late winter of 2021 I had to have a heart valve transplant, and within a month or so I developed a disease called Sepsis. We had never heard of this before and the medical staff told my wife and eldest daughter that I may not survive this disease. I spent 23 days in the hospital total and when I went home I told my wife everything was going. We lived in a house on Old Hickory Lake in Brandywine Farms for 31 years and we no longer needed that amount of space, so the next day I called this man that had been recommended to me by friends. He was referred to as the leader of a top sales team for Benchmark Realty, and had been used by my friends for the sale of similar properties. He came to visit the next day and we proceeded with a plan for the sale. I was very weak and confined to our living room, so all I could see was what needed to be done outside, which mostly revolved around the five old oak trees that always produced a lot of leaves, fallen sticks, and limbs. Eddie told us to just take it easy (my wife and I are in our 70’s) he will take care of it all, and he did. He cleaned all the sticks and limbs off the roof, blew out the gutters and valleys, and cleaned up the yard. Each time before he came to visit he would call to see if we needed him to stop by the store for us which was very thoughtful. He was very professional and personable during the entire process, and the sale came pretty quickly. Not only was he a top notch sales agent, he has now become a close friend. I would get daily listings and as soon as I saw something I wanted to see, Eddie would set up a showing for me, typically that day. Throughout the entire process I had several people say to me “your home buying process seems so easy”, because it was. Eddie made my first home buying experience so wonderful and stress-free, and I truly can’t thank him enough for that. We’d talked to a couple of realtors prior to Eddie, but they didn’t instill in us the confidence we needed to move forward (buying a home for the first time can be a bit daunting!). Eddie had a plethora of knowledge about the housing market and the home buying experience which in turn made us feel secure about the process. He took us on several video tours to show us houses in TN while we were still in California and he kept the line of communication open. We were set to close on our house when the storm of December 2021 hit Nashville. We woke to pictures of a massive pine tree uprooted and laying on top of our house. We were at a loss as to what to do. Without missing a beat, Eddie was on his phone contacting contractors and tree removal services. Within a few days, we had the tree removed and the house repaired. An amazing feat considering most neighborhoods had damage and contractors were away dealing with the Kentucky tornados. In addition, all this happened just before Christmas and New Years. Most companies have checked out for the year, but not Benchmark. I’m still amazed at how fast the team came to the rescue when we needed them. I feel other companies would have put off the sell or would have just given up. So I guess you could say, Benchmark Reality sets the benchmark for what a real estate company should be. I seriously doubt you would find this level of dedication any where else. We look forward to working with Eddie and Jessalynn again in the future. They’re a great team!

Eddie was our hero when selling our last home. My husband and I had been tempted by one of the “fast and easy” realty companies when we were selling our home. You know, like the ones on the radio saying “you don’t have to do anything”. After a month, we had zero traffic, an extremely low offer, and no contact from the realtor “assigned” to the selling of our home. We were completely frustrated. After calling Eddie and working with him directly, we will NEVER use another company. He was with us every step of the way. Communication with him and his team was unmatched. We had offers the first 24 hours after listing it!! And he made sure our best interests, investment, and expectations were met throughout the entire process. He also helped us in buying our new home, getting us a contract that had multiple offers! Our confidence in Eddie and his team stayed high from day one, and all the way to move in day at our new dream home. I cannot recommend them enough.
