We listed the house the first of September and had a contract October 12th. He was very hands on and there for any questions I needed answered because I had never sold a house before. He was able to sell my parents home for more than I had hope to get. Eddie is not just my realtor he is our friend! We currently live in California and didn’t know where to begin when it came to buying a house. We’d talked to a couple of realtors prior to Eddie, but they didn’t instill in us the confidence we needed to move forward (buying a home for the first time can be a bit daunting!). Eddie had a plethora of knowledge about the housing market and the home buying experience which in turn made us feel secure about the process. He took us on several video tours to show us houses in TN while we were still in California and he kept the line of communication open. He took the time out of his day to show us anything we wanted to see virtually. He guided us throughout the entire process and really became a friend to our family. I highly recommend Eddie Cox. He went above and beyond with his kindness, knowledge, patience and energy!

Eddie was our hero when selling our last home. My husband and I had been tempted by one of the “fast and easy” realty companies when we were selling our home. You know, like the ones on the radio saying “you don’t have to do anything”. After a month, we had zero traffic, an extremely low offer, and no contact from the realtor “assigned” to the selling of our home. We were completely frustrated. After calling Eddie and working with him directly, we will NEVER use another company. He was with us every step of the way. Communication with him and his team was unmatched. We had offers the first 24 hours after listing it!! And he made sure our best interests, investment, and expectations were met throughout the entire process. He also helped us in buying our new home, getting us a contract that had multiple offers! Our confidence in Eddie and his team stayed high from day one, and all the way to move in day at our new dream home. I cannot recommend them enough. If you want someone that is on your side, and shows it – Eddie is your guy!

We started our journey completely green about the home buying process, but quickly found we were at the bottom of a steep uphill climb. We had spent our 20’s making financial mistakes that we were now paying high prices for in our late 30’s. Eddie, with his ever unflinching and determined demeanor weathered the storm with us and brokered the perfect deal for our absolute dream home! There were many times during our process that we know any other agent would’ve distanced themselves, not been so patient, or even avoided our calls – but Eddie is one of a kind. During these unusal times (covid) Eddie really helped us out with Zoom calls, alot of communication, also a ton of imformation about all the different areas of Tennessee. He was always in constant contact with us, answering all kind of questions with honesty and wisdom. We relayed the type of area and home we wanted, and we felt very confident Eddie would not disappoint! A testimonial to a man I hired for a real estate service who became more than just that by the name of Eddie Cox. In the late winter of 2021 I had to have a heart valve transplant, and within a month or so I developed a disease called Sepsis. We had never heard of this before and the medical staff told my wife and eldest daughter that I may not survive this disease. I spent 23 days in the hospital total and when I went home I told my wife everything was going. We lived in a house on Old Hickory Lake in Brandywine Farms for 31 years and we no longer needed that amount of space, so the next day I called this man that had been recommended to me by friends. He was referred to as the leader of a top sales team for Benchmark Realty, and had been used by my friends for the sale of similar properties. He came to visit the next day and we proceeded with a plan for the sale. I was very weak and confined to our living room, so all I could see was what needed to be done outside, which mostly revolved around the five old oak trees that always produced a lot of leaves, fallen sticks, and limbs. Eddie told us to just take it easy (my wife and I are in our 70’s) he will take care of it all, and he did. He cleaned all the sticks and limbs off the roof, blew out the gutters and valleys, and cleaned up the yard. Each time before he came to visit he would call to see if we needed him to stop by the store for us which was very thoughtful. He was very professional and personable during the entire process, and the sale came pretty quickly. Not only was he a top notch sales agent, he has now become a close friend. After calling Eddie and working with him directly, we will NEVER use another company. He was with us every step of the way. Communication with him and his team was unmatched. We had offers the first 24 hours after listing it!! And he made sure our best interests, investment, and expectations were met throughout the entire process. We were set to close on our house when the storm of December 2021 hit Nashville. We woke to pictures of a massive pine tree uprooted and laying on top of our house. We were at a loss as to what to do. Without missing a beat, Eddie was on his phone contacting contractors and tree removal services. Within a few days, we had the tree removed and the house repaired. An amazing feat considering most neighborhoods had damage and contractors were away dealing with the Kentucky tornados. In addition, all this happened just before Christmas and New Years. Most companies have checked out for the year, but not Benchmark. I’m still amazed at how fast the team came to the rescue when we needed them. We were set to close on our house when the storm of December 2021 hit Nashville. We woke to pictures of a massive pine tree uprooted and laying on top of our house. We were at a loss as to what to do. Without missing a beat, Eddie was on his phone contacting contractors and tree removal services. Within a few days, we had the tree removed and the house repaired. An amazing feat considering most neighborhoods had damage and contractors were away dealing with the Kentucky tornados. In addition, all this happened just before Christmas and New Years. My husband was critically injured in January of 2021 and was transferred to the Shepherd Center in Atlanta. After being there with him over 2 months, I went home and met Eddie for the first time, listed an occupied rental property we owned in Nashville Tn with him, did a 30 second introduction with the tenant (who didn’t know our situation and that we were going to sell), gave Eddie the keys and literally drove away the next day to Atlanta to be with my husband again. He met with the buyers and contractors all while communicating with a very apprehensive tenant. It was a terrible way to leave Eddie but he assured me that he was willing and capable of navigating this unique situation for me and man oh man did he ever! It was sold within a week and closed within 24days for an incredible price. The document signing process was simple, secure and done online. He even came to our home to close where he met my husband for the first time. I did nothing but focus on my family. Eddie kept me completely informed every step of the way and I knew he genuinely cared about doing everything he could to help take the pressure off of me during this life changing event. A testimonial to a man I hired for a real estate service who became more than just that by the name of Eddie Cox. In the late winter of 2021 I had to have a heart valve transplant, and within a month or so I developed a disease called Sepsis. We had never heard of this before and the medical staff told my wife and eldest daughter that I may not survive this disease. I spent 23 days in the hospital total and when I went home I told my wife everything was going. We lived in a house on Old Hickory Lake in Brandywine Farms for 31 years and we no longer needed that amount of space, so the next day I called this man that had been recommended to me by friends. He was referred to as the leader of a top sales team for Benchmark Realty, and had been used by my friends for the sale of similar properties. He came to visit the next day and we proceeded with a plan for the sale. I was very weak and confined to our living room, so all I could see was what needed to be done outside, which mostly revolved around the five old oak trees that always produced a lot of leaves, fallen sticks, and limbs. Eddie told us to just take it easy (my wife and I are in our 70’s) he will take care of it all, and he did. He cleaned all the sticks and limbs off the roof, blew out the gutters and valleys, and cleaned up the yard. Each time before he came to visit he would call to see if we needed him to stop by the store for us which was very thoughtful. He was very professional and personable during the entire process, and the sale came pretty quickly. Not only was he a top notch sales agent, he has now become a close friend. We were set to close on our house when the storm of December 2021 hit Nashville. We woke to pictures of a massive pine tree uprooted and laying on top of our house. We were at a loss as to what to do. Without missing a beat, Eddie was on his phone contacting contractors and tree removal services. Within a few days, we had the tree removed and the house repaired. An amazing feat considering most neighborhoods had damage and contractors were away dealing with the Kentucky tornados. In addition, all this happened just before Christmas and New Years. Most companies have checked out for the year, but not Benchmark. I’m still amazed at how fast the team came to the rescue when we needed them. I feel other companies would have put off the sell or would have just given up. So I guess you could say, Benchmark Reality sets the benchmark for what a real estate company should be. I seriously doubt you would find this level of dedication any where else. We look forward to working with Eddie and Jessalynn again in the future. They’re a great team!

A testimonial to a man I hired for a real estate service who became more than just that by the name of Eddie Cox. In the late winter of 2021 I had to have a heart valve transplant, and within a month or so I developed a disease called Sepsis. We had never heard of this before and the medical staff told my wife and eldest daughter that I may not survive this disease. I spent 23 days in the hospital total and when I went home I told my wife everything was going. We lived in a house on Old Hickory Lake in Brandywine Farms for 31 years and we no longer needed that amount of space, so the next day I called this man that had been recommended to me by friends. He was referred to as the leader of a top sales team for Benchmark Realty, and had been used by my friends for the sale of similar properties. He came to visit the next day and we proceeded with a plan for the sale. I was very weak and confined to our living room, so all I could see was what needed to be done outside, which mostly revolved around the five old oak trees that always produced a lot of leaves, fallen sticks, and limbs. Eddie told us to just take it easy (my wife and I are in our 70’s) he will take care of it all, and he did. He cleaned all the sticks and limbs off the roof, blew out the gutters and valleys, and cleaned up the yard. Each time before he came to visit he would call to see if we needed him to stop by the store for us which was very thoughtful. He was very professional and personable during the entire process, and the sale came pretty quickly. Not only was he a top notch sales agent, he has now become a close friend. After calling Eddie and working with him directly, we will NEVER use another company. He was with us every step of the way. Communication with him and his team was unmatched. We had offers the first 24 hours after listing it!! And he made sure our best interests, investment, and expectations were met throughout the entire process. A testimonial to a man I hired for a real estate service who became more than just that by the name of Eddie Cox. In the late winter of 2021 I had to have a heart valve transplant, and within a month or so I developed a disease called Sepsis. We had never heard of this before and the medical staff told my wife and eldest daughter that I may not survive this disease. I spent 23 days in the hospital total and when I went home I told my wife everything was going. We lived in a house on Old Hickory Lake in Brandywine Farms for 31 years and we no longer needed that amount of space, so the next day I called this man that had been recommended to me by friends. He was referred to as the leader of a top sales team for Benchmark Realty, and had been used by my friends for the sale of similar properties. He came to visit the next day and we proceeded with a plan for the sale. I was very weak and confined to our living room, so all I could see was what needed to be done outside, which mostly revolved around the five old oak trees that always produced a lot of leaves, fallen sticks, and limbs. Eddie told us to just take it easy (my wife and I are in our 70’s) he will take care of it all, and he did. He cleaned all the sticks and limbs off the roof, blew out the gutters and valleys, and cleaned up the yard. Each time before he came to visit he would call to see if we needed him to stop by the store for us which was very thoughtful. He was very professional and personable during the entire process, and the sale came pretty quickly. Not only was he a top notch sales agent, he has now become a close friend. We were set to close on our house when the storm of December 2021 hit Nashville. We woke to pictures of a massive pine tree uprooted and laying on top of our house. We were at a loss as to what to do. Without missing a beat, Eddie was on his phone contacting contractors and tree removal services. Within a few days, we had the tree removed and the house repaired. An amazing feat considering most neighborhoods had damage and contractors were away dealing with the Kentucky tornados. In addition, all this happened just before Christmas and New Years. Most companies have checked out for the year, but not Benchmark. I’m still amazed at how fast the team came to the rescue when we needed them. I feel other companies would have put off the sell or would have just given up. So I guess you could say, Benchmark Reality sets the benchmark for what a real estate company should be. I seriously doubt you would find this level of dedication any where else. We look forward to working with Eddie and Jessalynn again in the future. They’re a great team!

We always got responses the same day when we texted her. The one time it took a few hours to get a reply, my wife had to remind me she had other clients. Jessalyn had been so attentive, it never even crossed my mind that we weren’t her only clients. Highly recommend her if you are in the market to buy.

We have had experiences with other realtors and there is a world of difference in the attention and care you receive from Eddie. Over the years Eddie has always been an absolute advocate for our best financial and personal interests; we can completely trust him to be honest and not try to sell us a home that will not be right for our family. We have always had a budget and Eddie has never tried to encourage us to deviate from that budget. In fact, he takes personal pride in finding a home that we will love that is under budget. We were set to close on our house when the storm of December 2021 hit Nashville. We woke to pictures of a massive pine tree uprooted and laying on top of our house. We were at a loss as to what to do. Without missing a beat, Eddie was on his phone contacting contractors and tree removal services. Within a few days, we had the tree removed and the house repaired. An amazing feat considering most neighborhoods had damage and contractors were away dealing with the Kentucky tornados. In addition, all this happened just before Christmas and New Years. Most companies have checked out for the year, but not Benchmark. I’m still amazed at how fast the team came to the rescue when we needed them. I feel other companies would have put off the sell or would have just given up. So I guess you could say, Benchmark Reality sets the benchmark for what a real estate company should be. I seriously doubt you would find this level of dedication any where else. We look forward to working with Eddie and Jessalynn again in the future. They’re a great team!

A testimonial to a man I hired for a real estate service who became more than just that by the name of Eddie Cox. In the late winter of 2021 I had to have a heart valve transplant, and within a month or so I developed a disease called Sepsis. We had never heard of this before and the medical staff told my wife and eldest daughter that I may not survive this disease. I spent 23 days in the hospital total and when I went home I told my wife everything was going. We lived in a house on Old Hickory Lake in Brandywine Farms for 31 years and we no longer needed that amount of space, so the next day I called this man that had been recommended to me by friends. He was referred to as the leader of a top sales team for Benchmark Realty, and had been used by my friends for the sale of similar properties. He came to visit the next day and we proceeded with a plan for the sale. I was very weak and confined to our living room, so all I could see was what needed to be done outside, which mostly revolved around the five old oak trees that always produced a lot of leaves, fallen sticks, and limbs. Eddie told us to just take it easy (my wife and I are in our 70’s) he will take care of it all, and he did. He cleaned all the sticks and limbs off the roof, blew out the gutters and valleys, and cleaned up the yard. Each time before he came to visit he would call to see if we needed him to stop by the store for us which was very thoughtful. He was very professional and personable during the entire process, and the sale came pretty quickly. Not only was he a top notch sales agent, he has now become a close friend. We were set to close on our house when the storm of December 2021 hit Nashville. We woke to pictures of a massive pine tree uprooted and laying on top of our house. We were at a loss as to what to do. Without missing a beat, Eddie was on his phone contacting contractors and tree removal services. Within a few days, we had the tree removed and the house repaired. An amazing feat considering most neighborhoods had damage and contractors were away dealing with the Kentucky tornados. In addition, all this happened just before Christmas and New Years. Most companies have checked out for the year, but not Benchmark. I’m still amazed at how fast the team came to the rescue when we needed them. I feel other companies would have put off the sell or would have just given up. So I guess you could say, Benchmark Reality sets the benchmark for what a real estate company should be. I seriously doubt you would find this level of dedication any where else. We look forward to working with Eddie and Jessalynn again in the future. They’re a great team!

I as a rule never leave reviews but I feel Eddie deserves a huge shout out for his professionalism and going way beyond what any Realtor should have to do. My husband was critically injured in January of 2021 and was transferred to the Shepherd Center in Atlanta. After being there with him over 2 months, I went home and met Eddie for the first time, listed an occupied rental property we owned in Nashville Tn with him, did a 30 second introduction with the tenant (who didn’t know our situation and that we were going to sell), gave Eddie the keys and literally drove away the next day to Atlanta to be with my husband again. He met with the buyers and contractors all while communicating with a very apprehensive tenant. It was a terrible way to leave Eddie but he assured me that he was willing and capable of navigating this unique situation for me and man oh man did he ever! It was sold within a week and closed within 24days for an incredible price. The document signing process was simple, secure and done online. He even came to our home to close where he met my husband for the first time. I did nothing but focus on my family. Eddie kept me completely informed every step of the way and I knew he genuinely cared about doing everything he could to help take the pressure off of me during this life changing event. After calling Eddie and working with him directly, we will NEVER use another company. He was with us every step of the way. Communication with him and his team was unmatched. Most companies have checked out for the year, but not Benchmark. I’m still amazed at how fast the team came to the rescue when we needed them. I feel other companies would have put off the sell or would have just given up. So I guess you could say, Benchmark Reality sets the benchmark for what a real estate company should be. I seriously doubt you would find this level of dedication any where else. We look forward to working with Eddie and Jessalynn again in the future. They’re a great team!

I as a rule never leave reviews but I feel Eddie deserves a huge shout out for his professionalism and going way beyond what any Realtor should have to do. My husband was critically injured in January of 2021 and was transferred to the Shepherd Center in Atlanta. After being there with him over 2 months, I went home and met Eddie for the first time, listed an occupied rental property we owned in Nashville Tn with him, did a 30 second introduction with the tenant (who didn’t know our situation and that we were going to sell), gave Eddie the keys and literally drove away the next day to Atlanta to be with my husband again. He met with the buyers and contractors all while communicating with a very apprehensive tenant. It was a terrible way to leave Eddie but he assured me that he was willing and capable of navigating this unique situation for me and man oh man did he ever! It was sold within a week and closed within 24days for an incredible price. The document signing process was simple, secure and done online. He even came to our home to close where he met my husband for the first time. I did nothing but focus on my family. Eddie kept me completely informed every step of the way and I knew he genuinely cared about doing everything he could to help take the pressure off of me during this life changing event.
