I as a rule never leave reviews but I feel Eddie deserves a huge shout out for his professionalism and going way beyond what any Realtor should have to do. My husband was critically injured in January of 2021 and was transferred to the Shepherd Center in Atlanta. After being there with him over 2 months, I went home and met Eddie for the first time, listed an occupied rental property we owned in Nashville Tn with him, did a 30 second introduction with the tenant (who didn’t know our situation and that we were going to sell), gave Eddie the keys and literally drove away the next day to Atlanta to be with my husband again. He met with the buyers and contractors all while communicating with a very apprehensive tenant. It was a terrible way to leave Eddie but he assured me that he was willing and capable of navigating this unique situation for me and man oh man did he ever! It was sold within a week and closed within 24days for an incredible price. The document signing process was simple, secure and done online. He even came to our home to close where he met my husband for the first time. I did nothing but focus on my family. Eddie kept me completely informed every step of the way and I knew he genuinely cared about doing everything he could to help take the pressure off of me during this life changing event. Eddie is a great guy and if you want a Realtor to go that extra mile….stop looking! Eddie Cox is your man!
