I would recommend Eddie & his team to anyone. I went in knowing my budget and what I was looking for, and never once did I feel pressure to just buy or look at anything more than I could afford. I would get daily listings and as soon as I saw something I wanted to see, Eddie would set up a showing for me, typically that day.
Throughout the entire process I had several people say to me “your home buying process seems so easy”, because it was. Eddie made my first home buying experience so wonderful and stress-free, and I truly can’t thank him enough for that. From showings, to inspections, to closing, Eddie was there for me every step of the way and made sure if the seller said they were going to do something, that it was done.
