Eddie Cox and Jessalynn Evenhouse are real estate rockstars! Not only are they professional, they are kind and caring people. They really came through for us in our time of need.

We were set to close on our house when the storm of December 2021 hit Nashville. We woke to pictures of a massive pine tree uprooted and laying on top of our house. We were at a loss as to what to do.

Without missing a beat, Eddie was on his phone contacting contractors and tree removal services. Within a few days, we had the tree removed and the house repaired. An amazing feat considering most neighborhoods had damage and contractors were away dealing with the Kentucky tornados. In addition, all this happened just before Christmas and New Years. Most companies have checked out for the year, but not Benchmark.

I’m still amazed at how fast the team came to the rescue when we needed them. I feel other companies would have put off the sell or would have just given up. So I guess you could say, Benchmark Reality sets the benchmark for what a real estate company should be. I seriously doubt you would find this level of dedication any where else.
