We currently live in California and didn’t know where to begin when it came to buying a house. We’d talked to a couple of realtors prior to Eddie, but they didn’t instill in us the confidence we needed to move forward (buying a home for the first time can be a bit daunting!). Eddie had a plethora of knowledge about the housing market and the home buying experience which in turn made us feel secure about the process. He took us on several video tours to show us houses in TN while we were still in California and he kept the line of communication open.
